US to feature Iranian film ‘Incidents’

Iranian short title ‘Incidents’ (Savaneh) has been set to take part at the Accolade Global Film Competition in the US.

According to the Iranian Youth Cinema Society, ‘Incidents’ made by Hazhir Moradi will vie at the 17th edition of the competition.

Written by Meysam Khouee, the film is about a boy who enters a strange house and goes through various incidents.

The Accolade Global Film Competition is “a prestigious and unique global film competition”, a film portal says.

It “honors and promotes the achievements of filmmakers who produce high quality films and new media with the expressed intention of helping filmmakers gain the credibility and publicity they justly deserve”.

The upcoming edition of the event will take place on June 2, 2020.
